Hotel opens in Prague’s Dancing House

26 September 2016

A four-star hotel opened at the Dancing House in Prague. Former Czech football player Vladimír Šmicer is an investor in the hotel and signed a 10-year lease for the building’s top two floors. The hotel offers 31 rooms, with two 70 sqm apartments in the towers called Ginger Royal Suite and Fred Royal Suite. Designed by Frank Gehry and Vlado Milunič and built in mid-90s, the Dancing House has helped shaped the Prague skyline. It also includes a gallery, office space and a restaurant. The original investor, ING, sold the building to Pražská správa nemovitostí in December 2013.
