Goodman is building a warehouse for Kuehne + Nagel at its logistics park along the D1 motorway between Senec and Pezinok. The developer also recently signed a contract with the logistics company Hopi, which is taking an additional 14,278 sqm, bringing the total space it leases from Goodman in Slovakia and Hungary to 38,000 sqm. Hopi will take 4,419 sqm of logistics and office space in Senec in the first phase. The remaining space will be completed at the beginning of 2017. Goodman is building an additional 17,000 sqm of space speculatively. In all, Goodman plans to build 140,000 sqm at the Senec park, with 62,000 sqm already completed. Tenants include Metzeler Slovakia, Coindu and Agility Logistics.
