Kenwood Management Company and Avanti Capital have closed on the purchase of a five building office portfolio in White Marsh, Maryland. Purchased from Corporate Office Property Trust, the property was completed in 1995 with a total of 131,000 square feet. The five office buildings, two of which are full-leased, are located on Corporate Drive. Tenants in the center include Verizon, MedStar, Fresenius Medical Care and Ryan Homes. The purchase marks Kenwoodās entry into the Baltimore County market. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
