StreetLights Residential, a developer of multifamily and mixed-use communities will be expanding to Florida with the opening of an office in Orlando. The office will be led by multifamily housing veteran, Edward Wood. Serving as senior vice president of development, Wood will be responsible for multifamily development activity in Orlando. The Orlando office will be the third Southeastern location for the firm, following an Atlanta office opening in August and in Nashville in 2015. StreetLights is based in Dallas and also has offices in Austin and Houston, San Diego and Phoenix.
“Over the last two years, StreetLights has been expanding throughout the southern half of the United States with new offices from San Diego to Orlando. We are excited about our growth and are looking forward to exciting opportunities in Orlando under Edward’s leadership,” said StreetLights’ President of Development Tom Bakewell.
