Cresset Development has tapped Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as the exclusive leasing agent for 65 Grove Street in Watertown, Massachusetts. The office building is a 120,000 sqf medical, R&D and life science-ready building located near Tufts Health Plan, AthenaHealth, NESN, Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals and Forma Therapeutics. Originally built in 1945, the three-story property features 12’ ceilings, new oversized floor-to-ceiling glass windows along with 390 on site parking spaces, 300 of which are covered in a newly constructed garage.
