Thor Equities has tapped CBRE as its exclusive leasing agent for a new waterfront office development project designed by Pritzker Prize winning architects Foster + Partners. The new project will rest on a 7.7 acre site along the Red Hook waterfront near IKEA, the Fairway Market and Erie Basin Park. The design will encompass two timber framed buildings totaling more than 750,000 sqf of office space along with 23,000 sqf of retail and restaurants. A new waterfront esplanade, designed by SCAPE/Landscape Architecture, will link the site to the Brooklyn Greenway.
