The Parkway at Hunters Creek Apartments in Orlando has been purchased by the Dallas-based Milestone Group in a $78.2 million deal. Originally built in 1997 and updated in 2005, the 496 unit property traded for just over $157,660 per unit. Located at 14200 Colonial Grand Blvd, the property features one, two and three-bedroom units, plus two swimming pools, a billiards area, multimedia theater, and a health and fitness center. The seller was an entity of Los Angeles-based Colony Capital which bought the asset in 2008 for $58 million.
