FNZ signed a lease on 7,000 sqm of space at CPI Property Group’s Rašínova 7 office building in Brno. The technology company will be the sole tenant of the property, which it plans to use as its headquarters. The building is located at Moravské Square in the city’s historical center. CPI owns two other office schemes in Brno, including a second building at Moravské Square with 4,605 sqm of space as well as a 10,276 sqm property at Purkyňova 101. Its portfolio also includes brownfields once owned by Sonax and Zbrojovka, where it is preparing a redevelopment project. CPI is planning to unveil plans for the Zbrojovka site in October.
