60 Guilders converts 3 Manhattan properties into office condos

19 September 2016

New York based real estate investment and operating firm, 60 Guilders, has announced the conversion of three first class office buildings in Midtown South to office condominiums. The three properties are, The Corinthian (a 105,640 sqf medical office building in Midtown South), 20 West 33rd Street (a 176,700 sqf office building near the Empire State Building) and 18 West 33rd Street, a 18,234 sqf boutique office building.

ā€œConverting The Corinthian and 18 and 20 West 33rd Street into office condominiums will add 300,000 square feet of available office condominium space to the Midtown South and Penn Plaza submarkets, where this type of inventory is highly desired yet extremely hard to come by. Office ownership has been on the rise in New York City, making this the perfect time for business owners and medical professionals to purchase the units that we’re bringing to the market,ā€ said Kevin Chisholm, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of 60 Guilders. ā€œ60 Guilders intends for the conversion of office and medical office buildings to help alleviate the pent up demand in Manhattan.ā€
