CA Immo has signed the acquisition of the 70,400 sqm Millennium Towers office complex in Budapest. The transaction volume for the fully rented asset with an annual rental income of € 12 m amounts to €175 m. The seller is TriGranit who is affiliated with Heitman LLC. With this transaction, CA Immo is expanding its presence in the core Hungarian market, where it currently holds the largest property portfolio, as well as in Germany and Austria. The closing of the transactions is expected to take place within the following weeks. The transaction is financed by existing liquidity of CA Immo. Law firm CHSH acted as advisor to the buyer.
