CA Immo acquired the Millennium Towers office complex in Budapest from TriGranit and Heitman for €175m. The fully leased class A property offers 70,400 sqm, with an annual rental income of €12m. CA Immo has expanded its presence in Hungary, where it currently holds the largest property portfolio following Germany and Austria.
