Campus Apartments has announced that Daniel Bernstein has assumed the role of president and will continue to serve as the company’s chief investment officer. In his new role, Bernstein will oversee the company’s investments, operations and asset management groups to continue to expand Campus Apartments’ national portfolio. Bernstein joined Campus as a college student in 1993 and has held various titles at Campus Apartments including senior vice president, chief operating officer and executive vice president. Bernstein graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. “Dan’s steady leadership and ability to navigate complex situations over the past 20 years have been vital to Campus Apartments’ growth and success,” stated David Adelman, CEO of Campus Apartments.
