TSA renews 30k sqf lease at Doral Concourse

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has renewed its 30,000 sqf lease at Doral Concourse. The Class A office building located at 8400 Doral Boulevard is a six-story, 240,950 sqf office building with tenants that include Starboard Cruise Services, Humana, Marriott, General Mills and Wells Fargo. The building is situated in the heart of Doral, just minutes from Miami International Airport and downtown Miami. Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Director Gordon Messinger represented the building owner DRA Advisors. “Doral Concourse remains an ideal fit for the TSA’s South Florida operations,” said Gordon Messinger, Cushman & Wakefield. “The building’s proximity to Miami International Airport, accessibility and updated finishes drove the agency’s decision to secure this large block of space on a long-term basis.”
