Europe at the Crossroads: CEDEM Day 1 starts with high-powered economic discussions

Day 1 of CEDEM 2016 will begin with high-level speakers discussing what is looking like a crossroads for the European economy. The morning’s Keynote Address will be delivered by former Czech National Bank governor and KPMG partner Zdeněk Tůma, and will be followed by a panel featuring UniCredit Bank’s Chief CEE Economist Lubomir Mitov, Chief Economist for the Czech Association of Banks (and former Czech National Bank council member) Eva Zamrazilová along with Wood & Co.’s Managing Director of Investment Banking Jiří Hrbáček.

The morning will continue with a discussion of the impact of private equity and local investment platforms on the investment market (NEPI, Edulios, Portland Trust, Knight Frank), key retail trends in CEE (Unibail Rodamco, Footlocker and PK Solvent/Teta).
