Day 2 of CEDEM 2016 will include two highly important discussions for all architects, developers and planners. The renowned London-based architect Eva Jiřičná will be giving the Keynote address. She is an internationally-acclaimed architect who is active not only across the world but in numerous projects in her native Czech Republic. This will be a special treat for anyone interested in the highest levels of design and will include insight into her architectural vision as well as insight from her experience in the commercial property development sector. Day 2 of CEDEM will be in Czech this year, with simultaneous translation provided.
The second panel, a brainstorming session on Prague’s newly proposed Metropolitan Plan, will be of equal importance to anyone undertaking projects in the Czech capital. This will be an open debate that features key planning officials and experts such as Petr Hlaváček head of IPR, (Prague Institute of Planning and Development), Martin Krupauer (Atelier 8000), Tomáš Kadeřábek (Association of Developers). The private sector will also be represented, including developers like Sekyra Group (Igor Klajmon), Passerinvest (Martin Unger) and Simon Johnson (Crestyl).
All panels on Day 2 of CEDEM 2016 will be held in Czech (with translation) and will include a discussion of the Czech Residential Market as well as the current state of the Industrial Sector.
