Czech flat prices up 11% in Q2

Residential prices in Prague and regional cities jumped 11.1 percent y-o-y in Q2, averaging CZK 45,000/sqm. Prague topped the list at CZK 60,300/sqm, while flats in Ústí nad Labem averaged CZK 11,400/sqm, according to data compiled by Deloitte on CenovaMapa.org, which basis its data on closed deals. Compared to Q1, prices rose by 6.1 percent, the strongest q-o-q growth since 2010. A total of 6,400 flats were sold in Q2, worth CZK 19.6bn, two-thirds of which were in Prague.
