Housing prices on the Spanish market increased by 3.9 percent y-o-y in the second quarter of the year, according to the latest data published by the National Statistics Institute. Between April and June, the price for new housing increased by 3.7 percent over the previous quarter, and was 1.1 percent higher than the increase reported in Q1. Second hand housing prices also increased by 1.5 percent q-o-q, according to the data.
