Twin City, an office complex HB Reavis developed at Mlynske Nivy near Bratislava’s main bus station, is fully leased three months before opening of the last phase. The complex is part of a wider plan to build a new business neighborhood. Consisting of three buildings, Twin City offers 62,000 sqm of office space and parking for 1,000 cars. The first building opened in November 2015 and serves as the headquarters for PwC Slovensko. Bayer, Cetelem Sféra, Slovak Business Agency and Merck Sharp & Dome also took space in the building. The majority of the second building was taken by Swiss Re, with Západoslovenská energetika and Smart Media Star signing leases on the remaining space. The third building was leased out over the summer to tenants like Sygic, SAP, Accare, CRIF and Yangfeng. HB Reavis will also relocate to Twin City.
