Liberbank is planning to sell a building located on Carrera de San Jerónimo in Madrid. The five-story building covers 2,500 sqm and was fully refurbished 10 years ago. The investment is worth €13m, according to market sources. Liberbank put the property on the market a year and a half after acquiring a 13,500 sqm office complex from Sareb at Fuente de la Mora in Madrid. Although initially the company had considered holding onto the Carrera de San Jerónimo headquarters for its president and institutional work, Liberbank decided to transfer all of its offices in Madrid to its new space.
