LandSouth Construction has begun construction of Integra River Run on behalf of the multifamily communities developer, Integra Land Co. The $30 million, 300-unit luxury apartment community in Jacksonville’s Northside will be situated on a 23 acre site within the 65 acre Shands Crossing master-planned community at 14050 Integra Dr. The scheme will boast 7 four-story buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments averaging 979 sqf. The gated community will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room with billiards, swimming pool, as well as attached and detached garages. Construction for the project is being funded by a $26.2 million loan with Miami-based Capital Bank sourced through Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. Completion of the development is slated for December 2017.
