AFI Europe Romania is developing a new 50,000 sqm business park close to the J.W. Marriott Hotel and the Romanian Parliament in Bucharest. The first phase of the project, AFI Tech Park 1, is scheduled to be delivered in Q1 2018 and will offer 20,000 sqm of modern office space.
The scheme will feature two low-rise class A buildings and one office tower, surrounded by greenery, a central plaza and gardens that will offer high technical standards and expansion options to future tenants.
