DIC Asset has purchased the Office Center Plaza in Hannover for its investment fund DIC Office Balance II for approximately €32m. The seller is a private company. The property has a total lease area of 17,700 sqm and is located on the edge of the Hanover exhibition site. The anchor tenants occupying around 13,200 sqm includ NILEG Immobilien, a building-services company and property developer and htp, a telecom operating in the Hannover area. The building, which was erected in 2002, is currently 93 percent leased. GSK Stockmann + Kollegen and Angermann were involved in the purchase as consultants. DG Hyp provided the financing.
