In a deal worth €186m, HB Reavis has sold two buildings at Gdański Business Centre, the developer’s landmark scheme in Poland. The buyer, Savills Investment Management, acquired the first two phases of the project (48,000 sqm in total) on behalf of clients in a deal that’s being described as one of the biggest transactions to close this year in Poland and across CEE. When completed, the complex will offer 100,000 sqm of office space. Among its current tenants are KPMG, Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, KMD, Agito, Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas and Aviva. JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and Greenberg Traurig advised HB Reavis in the transaction, while Savills, Clifford Chance and K+S Ingenieure acted on behalf of the seller.
