The Romanian residential market expanded during the second quarter of the year with 12,512 homes completed during the three-month period, 2,214 more than the previous year, according to the latest statistics.
In the first six months of 2016, 24,106 homes were completed, 4,572 more than the same time the previous year. Approximately 54 percent of the new homes built in Q2 went up in urban areas.
