Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Peter Carroccio to the role of Executive Managing Director, Brokerage, for the Washington, DC, Metropolitan Region. In his new role Carroccio will lead the firm’s efforts with a strategic approach to current and future clients, and has been tasked with creating a collaborative, high-performance team of brokers. Most recently Carroccio served as a Senior Managing Director with CBRE and has 28 years of commercial real estate experience. “Peter is an outstanding leader, with a clear focus on his clients and his community.
