Hogg Robinson Polska is opening its new Warsaw premises in Helion, taking more than 1,000 sqm of space in the office building. Owned by Deka Immobilien, the building offers nearly 9,000 sqm of space in all, located across six floors. The building is a part of Cybernetyki Office Park, located in the city’s Mokotów business district. Knight Frank represented the landlord in the transaction, while Colliers International acted on behalf the tenant.
