Michael Königs has been named managing director at WvM Immobilien + Projektentwicklung GmbH based in Cologne, Germany. He has joined current managing directors Martin Koll and Wolfgang von Moers and will be responsible for the real estate portfolio. Königs has been with the the company, which was founded in 1992, for over 20 years. With its 90 employees, the company is the largest independent property developer of residential properties in Cologne.
