Beta Capital Wealth Management was recently represented by Cushman & Wakefield in the restructuring of its current lease at 777 Brickell Avenue. The firm signed for 8,653-square feet of office space in the 13-story tower located in the Central Business District of Miami. Founded in 1995, Beta Capital serves global private and institutional investors. It is part of the Crèdit Andorrà Financial Group, an Andorran financial firm, and provides global private banking services. Tony Jones and Ryan Levy of Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant advisory team represented Beta Capital during the restructuring while Andrew Trench (C&W) represented the building’s owner Alliance RE Holdings.
