The Lupoli Companies has announced that Vice President of Real Estate Gerry-Lynn Darcy has been selected by Governor Charlie Baker to be a member of the UMass Building Authority. In this role Gerry-Lynn joins 10 other c-suite executives throughout Massachusetts responsible for the oversight of the organization, which builds facilities on University of Massachusetts campuses. Darcy received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Wheaton College and her Master’s in Business Administration from Endicott College’s Van Loan School of Management.

“We are excited to welcome Gerry-Lynn as a member of the UMass Building Authority,” said UMBA Board Chairman and UMass alum Philip Johnston. “Her extensive background in real estate development and construction, in conjunction with her long-standing involvement in several industry organizations throughout her career makes her a perfect fit for the role.”
