Roco Real Estate acquires Jacksonville residential trio for $21.5m

Roco Real Estate of Bloomfield Hills, Mich. has picked up three Jacksonville area apartments complexes for a combined $21.5 million. The company paid $7 million for the Northwood Apartments at 1601 Dunn Ave. The 152-unit complex was built in 1975 and last sold for $4.75 million in 2014. The firm also paid a total of $14.5 million for the 174-unit Colonial Forest on Firestone Road and the 117-unit Park at Blanding apartment complexes in Orange Park.
