The National Bank of Hungary’s Pallas Athena Foundations bought three plots along the Váci út office corridor in Budapest for €55.2m. The plots cover 7.5 ha and have a capacity of more than 200,000 sqm of residential, office and commercial space. With plans to build more than 150,000 sqm of office space as well as stores and residential units, the Pallas Athena Foundations hope to attract more foreign companies to Hungary.
