Quadoro Doric has acquired the Healthcare Campus in Hameln, a property that was built in 1922 as a hospital and underwent a series of expansions through 1965. Over the past few years it has been extensively renovated and remodeled and now provides 11,700 sqm of rental space and is located between the town center and train station. The Healthcare Campus is let under a 10-year triple net lease to a subsidiary of a large German hospital group which operates healthcare facilities. The transaction was brokered by Richert & Oertel Immobilien. Stock Aders Klein + Partner were the legal advisers to the buyer.
