Arcona Capital signed agreement with Steenwell Beheer/AE Beheer to take over the management of ten commercial property funds with assets in Netherlands. Under the terms of the deal, Arcona has acquired the management company GLS Facilities which provides property management services to the Steenwell funds. The ten funds have 14 assets that are 95 percent occupied and have a total value of €70m. “We think the timing is right,” said Guy Barker, principal of Arcona Capital, adding that there was considerable scope for similar acquisitions in the country.
