WeWork takes four floors at Two Brickell City Centre

WeWork has signed a new lease at Brickell City Centre’s second new office building in Miami. The co-working space provider signed a lease for four of the 12 floors at Two Brickell City Centre totaling 62,000 sqf. The transaction will mark the company’s third location in South Florida with the other two sites in Miami Beach. The company offers flexible timelines on leases for shared office space, which includes amenities such as conference rooms and cafes. “WeWork has been part of Miami’s incredibly vibrant creative and business community since 2015, and we are thrilled to continue to grow here,” said Adam Wacenske, WeWork general manager for the Southern Region. “We are a global business but we are also a local business. Our vision for Miami is bold and the upcoming space at Two Brickell City Centre, along with our current locations at Lincoln Road and South of Fifth, reflects our commitment to companies of all sizes who want a new way to work.”
