The first phase of the Pipera Residential Compound is set for completion this fall in Voluntari, near Bucharest. Pine Invest Corporation is planning to deliver 34 villas, totaling 5,855 sqm, in October.
The second phase, comprising of 56 villas, is scheduled to break ground this winter. The scheme will offer a total of 230 villas.
Vitalis Consulting is overseeing project management, site inspector services and health and safety services.
