Central Group plans to launch the sale of 450 flats across five locations in Prague this fall. The residential developer wants to add an additional phase to its Letňanské zahrady project as well as new apartments to other high-end projects it has in the city. This will bring the number of flats the developer has on offer to 800 units in 12 locations. Central Group plans to sell more than 1,000 flats this year, 712 of which, worth CZK 2.8bn, were sold in the first six months. The company’s head, Dušan Kunovský, warns, however, that the sale volume will fall as a result of blocked planning in Prague. He says flat prices jumped 20 percent y-o-y.
