31 August 2016

Connecticut-based Ivy Realty has tapped Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent for 1674 and 1688 Meridian Avenue, in the Miami district of South Beach. The two office buildings total nearly 120,000 sqf and will undergo significant capital improvement to both buildings lobbies, bathrooms and corridors as well as the build-out of spec spaces. 1688 Meridian Avenue is a 89,834 sqf, 10-story office tower while 1674 Meridian Avenue offers 30,123 sqf on five levels, while both properties feature on-site parking. Major tenants in the buildings include Regus, which recently leased two full floors in 1688 Meridian; global modeling agency Next Model Management; and SCPF, a division of advertising agency J. Walter Thompson Worldwide.

“1674 and 1688 Meridian Avenue offer tenants a tremendous opportunity to occupy space in one of Miami Beach’s most desirable neighborhoods,” said Managing Director Gordon Messinger, Cushman & Wakefield. “We expect heightened interest in these buildings due the commitment from Ivy Realty and its proximity to Lincoln Road.”
