Hungary’s unemployment rate fell to a record low of 5 percent between May and July, according to the Central Statistical Office. There were 228,000 registered unemployed people during the three-month time frame. The unemployment rate for 25 to 54 year olds dropped 1.5 percent to 4.5 percent, while the rate for 55 to 64 year olds fell 1.9 percent to 3.7 percent, the data shows.
