Johnson & Johnson signed a lease on 16,000 sqm of offices at Mechanica, an office complex Penta investment group has been developing in the new Waltrovka neighborhood at the Jinonická metro station in Prague 5. Construction on the two buildings commenced in spring with completion foreseen in late 2017. The pharmaceutical giant will take one whole building to accommodate its JNJ Global Business Services, the company’s shared service center in Prague that it is planning to expand considerably with 300 new hires. Penta says it is in negotiations with potential tenants for the other building in the Mechanica complex.
