Impact Developer & Contractor is planning to invest a total of €260m in its ongoing Greenfield residential project in northern Bucharest. By 2022, the new neighborhood should offer a total of 6,000 apartments over 60 ha.
The developer recently broke ground on the third phase of the development. The Platanilor quarter will feature 888 flats in 39 apartment buildings as well as a 6,000 sqm park, a playground for children, a multifunctional sports ground and fitness and recreation areas. With construction started in 2007, Greenfield is going up in the city’s Baneasa neighborhood.
