Mobile app developer T-Me Studios signed a lease on 802.22 sqm at Green Court Bucharest. The new tenant is set to move into Building C in October. Skanska completed construction on the building in June. Green Court Bucharest offers 52,000 sqm of leasable space, with Building C featuring approximately 16,300 sqm space.
