The Atlanta-based real estate investment company, MDH Partners, has picked up an Orlando area industrial building for $16.25 million. The 362,800 square foot warehouse at International Corporate Park is positioned east of the Orlando International Airport and changed hands for $45 per square foot. The facility at 8650 Transport Drive houses various tenants, including the distribution facility for Electrolux, a household appliance company and Special Logistics, a custom distribution services firm.
