VAK Invest OOD and Dreams Trans EOOD are planning to build a warehouse and logistics facilities in the state-owned Bozhurishte industrial zone, west of Sofia. Dreams Trans will invest €1.97m to build a warehouses on a 5 ha site, while VAK Invest will invest €830,000 in two warehouses with adjacent infrastructure.
“The new investment not only consolidates the position of Bulgaria as a favorable investment destination in the field of logistics but also the key role of industrial zones for attracting domestic and foreign investments,” said Economy Minister Bozhidar Lukarski.
