YIT is getting ready to break ground on its Nuppu residential complex in Bratislava. The Finnish developer plans to build 800 flats in 11 apartment houses as well as 23,000 sqm of greenery across a 6.3 ha site on Bajkalská, Mlynské Nivy and Hraniční streets. Sales on apartments in the first phase have started, with prices starting at €1,900/sqm. The developer is planning to deliver 100 flats by 2018. YIT bought the site with a planning permit for a project called Bergamon from the Portuguese developer Mota-Engil and redesigned the scheme.
