Poland’s state-run KGHM and PHN (Polish Real Estate Holding) are joining forces to develop and lease two office buildings in the city of Wrocław. The parties have already applied to the country’s antitrust regulator to form a JV for the purpose, which is to develop a 33,000 sqm scheme in the city center of Wrocław. The companies signed a letter of intent in July concerning the project, which is expected to go up on a plot located at Jana Pawła II street.
