Low cost airline Ryanair has ramped up its expansion plans in Italy after the countryâs government reversed its plans to raise municipal taxes. Italian PM Matteo Renziâs about face on the the next tax has been âwarmly welcomedâ by Ryanair, which also praised a decision to revise airport guidelines in order to give regional airports a âcompetitive level playing fieldâ against the big international airports in Rome and Milan.
