GTC has become the first Polish company listed on Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The company’s market cap reached PLN 3.4bn on its Wednesday morning debut, with a portfolio valued at €1.3bn. GTC’s main bourse remains the Warsaw Stock Exchange, having achieved its listing in 2004.
“We’re the first to offer South African investors our balanced portfolio, which is worth €1.3bn, offering attractive returns, provided by high quality real estate assets in Poland and CEE’s fastest-growing cities,” said Thomas Kurzmann, CEO of GTC.
