The Cluj County Council is investing €42m into the modernization and expansion of the Tetarom I industrial park in Cluj-Napoca. The park will feature a new office building, two new production and storage halls and an administrative building. “This investment is beneficial for economic operators interest in moving to Tetarom I, and their future employees, university graduates, and local economy as a whole,” said Alin Tise, president of the Cluj County Council.
Tetarom I offers 320,000 sqm of space and is currently fully leased. Tenants include EnergoBit, Banca Transilvania, RCC Consult, EGH Import Export, Agressione Expres Impex, Siemens and CBC Development Design.
