Tesco Properties has selected Jacksonville-based Integrated Construction to build an assisted-living facility project in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The $20 million, 183,902 sqf structure will feature 176 units consisting of 93 independent-living, 54 assisted-living and 29 memory-care units. The scheme is expected to break ground in the third week of August with a completion dated slated for December 2017. Tesco tapped Gaylen Howard Laing of Arlington, Texas as the facility’s architect.
