Bonava is planning to launch a new residential district in Lohbrügge, Hamburg. The district „Magnoliengärten“ is being developed on a 13,000 sqm site, with completion expected by the end of 2019. The new residential project will include six apartments buildings with 151 units. Prices for the new apartments will start at €135,000, with construction set to begin in the summer of 2017. The project’s residents should be able to begin moving in at the end of 2018.
